My inspiration for starting my own business, in large part, was to afford my customers and clients the convenience of "one-stop-shop".  In this business, trust is a valuable commodity.  I want those who trust me with their financial future, and that of their children and grand children, to not have to go searching due to product limitations.  I often tell people that trust is first given, then earned.  I work hard to earn my clients trust.  If you need an investment or insurance product, I'll do my best to make it available to you.  If I'm not the subject matter expert in a particular field, I know where to find the expert, and find one who shares my guiding principles. , I have been involved with P&C for 20 years.  I started out as a claims adjuster right out of college with The Hartford, to include becoming a litigation specialist in the bodily injury department,  and also spent time as a SIU fraud investigator.  In 2008 I began selling P&C insurance as I believed knowing both sides of the business was/is a competitive advantage.  I understand the claims side just as well as the sales side.  I do very little personal production these days because directing/managing these agencies takes a good deal of time.
